I like to get outdoors…but in Winter? Ehhh. I tend to hibernate. Although I just did get some cross-country skis. I better get out and explore when the snow starts flying.

The winter temps weren’t too cold so I ventured out for a winter hike at the Bubolz Nature Preserve in Grand Chute, Wisconsin, near Appleton. The trails weren’t crowded–in fact, I had them to myself.

First visit to Boston! I was in the city for a work conference. After it was over, I scheduled a couple of vacation days. I decided to pack as most as I could into one trip. After finishing up a work conference in Boston, I decided to schedule a couple of vacation days. On one day, I took the “T” (subway) over to Cambridge and strolled around the campuses of Harvard University and MIT.
