Took a quick drive this afternoon to some rural areas outside of Manchester, New Hampshire. The fall colors are really pretty right now. Spotted some gorgeous colors in…well…some cemeteries. I love the good work that The Nature Conservancy does. One of those good works is the Manchester Cedar Swamp Preserve in Manchester, New Hampshire. Great place to go on a short hike!

The Currier Museum of Art in Manchester, New Hampshire features a great collection of European and American art–including works by Picasso, Monet, O’Keeffe, Edward Hopper, and a Mark di Suvero sculpture out front. Definitely check it out if you’re in the area!

Manchester, New Hampshire is the largest city in the state and is an old mill town on the Merrimack River. With a nice, walkable downtown and plenty of bars and restaurants, there is a lot to like here. Here are a few photos, mostly from the downtown area.
